How to return a product
All products* have a 15-day cooling-off period, which starts on the day you receive the last product in your order. The return process must be initiated within this period. In which cases can I return my item?
You can return your item if the item:
- is undamaged
- is unused
- is in its original packaging
- falls within 15 days of receipt
